Clever Cooks is an Outside Catering Company based between Stamford, Grantham, Oakham and Melton Mowbray, this enables us to cater in Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Rutland and the surrounding areas. We have over twenty five years experience of planning Weddings, Dinner Parties and Corporate Functions.
Within the East Midlands Shires area we are are lucky enough to have an abundance of growers and producers of top quality meats and cheeses, and we constantly strive to source the freshest and highest quality of these local ingredients, this in turn helps the local economy.
We endeavour to provide a professional catering service for any occasion. Priding itself on the unique combination of experience, personal supervision and a wide range of services which ensures that the highest quality of food and service is always presented to our customers.
This supervision is under the watchful eye of Dolores Precious.
Dolores trained in a top Sussex restaurant under a French chef. She subsequently went on to run the restaurant as a partner.
In 1979 in response to client demand to be able to be 'guests at their own parties' Dolores set up Clever Cooks, an outside caterers to provide quality food in the home.
The business expanded quickly and catering for weddings and coperate events were soon commonplace.
Clever Cooks believes that your occasion whether a Drinks or Dinner Party, Wedding Reception or Business function, is a special event and takes pride in selecting just the right mix of services to meet each customers requirements. Many of my clients feel the benefit of a personal visit for advice and to discuss their requirements and this can be arranged without obligation. After an initial consultation we can usually provide clients with an all inclusive price, and we are always happy to help with advice on all aspects of catering and budgets.
Clever Cooks have pleasure in presenting to you some sample menus. These menus are purely for your guidance and all menus can be interchanged thus ensuring complete originality and flexibility. Clever Cooks believe that ultimately the choice is yours, so you will also see A La Carte menus from which you may prefer to choose any dish to add to existing menus. We can devise a bespoke menu to suit your particular taste and budget. We are happy to supply any menus on a food only basis.
